Contractions about 5 minutes apart

We're hanging out by the bathroom right now. Sarah's contractions are pretty hard - they are apparently worse when one's water breaks first. They're coming roughly every 5 minutes right now, and lasting for about 45-60 seconds when they come. Sleeping seems like an impossibility right now. I feel really bad for Sarah. I wish I could take some of the pain away from her.

The Water Breaks

It's 1:15am and Sarah's water just broke. I'm feeling groggy, nauseous and tired and we need to get some sleep but, wow, that's hard to do! No contractions yet. We'll see where the night takes us, but this baby seems to be on the way! I can hardly believe it's likely to be born the day after my birthday! What are the odds?
